Comments:
During the first half all of Spain was coming
in well on 7 MHz, as well as spot locations
in the UK, like M8A and G3XTT. Then condx
faded and the band was changed to 3.5 MHz.
The Loop-on-Ground (i.e. Loop-Under-Snow) was
helping for S/N-ratio best for the SW/NE-axis,
but the IC-736 is not able to change between
the two antenna ports automatically if operated
with both antennas on the same band. Otherwise
this time the Greek azimuth was strong on 80 m.
The forecast for ARRL SSB looks bad for Northern
Europe regarding geomagnetic indices, but often
predicted values are far off in timing...
Cheers/73, Zaba OH1ZAA #1856
