Who CAN'T pass the test? I doubt that. Perhaps they just haven't
studied for it hard enough or don't care too.
Uh,oh..Gee, I never build tuned circuits. So why should I need to know
about them in order to get an advanced class license? Building stuff is
archaic. Gee, I just want to operate. Please eliminate the circuit
design questions from the advanced exam. It's too difficult, I can't
learn it and all I want to do is operate with my store bought radio.
Sounds like another very similar kind of argument.
