Gentlemen,
A engineer/technician, whatever grade, is ideally placed to speak or
write with authority on de-oscillating a recalcitrant PA. A managerial
employee spends most of his time pretending to still know what it's all
about, while signing time sheets and leave forms.
Also, one should never become confused between alleged qualifications
and hard finger-on-the-hot-HV choke experience, this reflector is pure
ham and lets keep it that way.
