Why roller coils at all? Is it not easier to series tune the coil? It was
done, if I remember right, in the WRL linear using a large number of sweep
tubes.
By the way you BIG roller coil lovers: if you insist to use real BIG roller
coils: I have them.
Good for them handle tubes. Some of my rollers are motordriven and FOR SALE!
I myself am looking for EIMAC 3CX1000As, new, in sealed cartoons. With
sockets and chimneys please! Need sockets for an 4CX1000A with good or
shortened screen grid condenser to be used in an grounded screen grid
amplifier.
Does anyone have low voltage JENNINGS vacuum condensers??
