buy an oscilloscope, a 1000:1 probe, and a calibrator. Measure peak
volts across a 50-ohm termination. 400v-pk =s 1600w pep. 1000v-pk =s
10kw pep. I currently have a mint-condition Bird 10kW tap-water cooled
termination that I would to find a good home for. With orig. Bird
receipt and water flow meter. (hook it up to a sprinkler and water the
grass with 6gpm when you need to dissipate some watts. )
