[AMPS] 3-500 socket failure ???

I having problems with a old SWAN amp.

One of the sockets is not making good contact with the filament,
both tubes will light in one socket but neither will light in the 
other. I have measured the voltage at the connection of the choke 
and the socket and have voltage there.

Anyone have a cure for this???
