Rich has his own definition of "resonant".

He also has a grid dip meter that, unlike every other grid dip meter 
in the world, measures impedance and Q.

So while what you are saying is technically correct Mike, that the 
minute a load would be connected the network would not be a 
"dead short", things just don't work that way in the land where dip 
meters measure impedance and Q.
