Tom, 

You are doing yourself proud with your job of Elmering Jon.  He provides the 
same crystal clear insight into problems which you provide and lucid 
explanations which are worthy of text books.  I see your hand in much that he 
does and says.

All I can say is "Thank You" to you and Jon for your contributions to the 
Amps reflector.  

Maybe you can explain "side affects".
