Bill, I bought my Tbolt used in 1963 and used it for 38 years until I sold it
about two weeks ago.  It's obviously a quite reliable amp.  It will put out
about 900 watts at saturation when run in Class C.  2200 volts is much lower
than the maximum voltage permitted for 4-400's, but the limitation is in the
stock plate transformer.

I used diodes purchased from K2AW's Silicon Alley to covert the HV supply to
S/S.  They were mounted below the chassis, but there are plug in units
available for the 866 tube sockets.
