I have accuired the PA unit of ITT Marine transmitter ST 1400A and plan to
use it as linear amplifire with my ICOM IC 735 TXVR. This TX have 4 no.
4CX250B in final. My first question is regarding screen supply. I understand
it needs 350 V regulated at 60 ma. the orignal used a valve type regulator.
I plan to use solidstate designe. I have a 650V tap in HT supply that I m
planning to use for screen. Any ideas?
