[Amps] ameritron manual

I wonder if everyone besides w02e and myself cannot get a manual from 
AMERITRON. I have ask for one three or four times. The last time I ask for 
one couple of weeks ago I told them that it was third request. They said that 
it was being mailed today haven't seen it yet.  Mail has slowed down that 
much?
