Hi Paul, I built an external QSK box for an amp and I had the same problem. I put a small ferrite core with about 20 turns of thin wire on the core in series with the lead that supplies power to the vacuum relays. It cut down the audio clicks considerably. gl es 73 Steve VE3TU |
