Want to see what that would look like? Look at the Yaesu VL-1000 ...
Not quite 1.5k out ... but does includes power supply and the needed
RF output filtering, and everything else ... it's a 8x MRF150 setup.
So, could a person really build one cheaper than buying one? Mnn ....
