Hi, I have a Dayton pressure blower that puts out 820 CFM with a 3450 RPM 1/3 HP motor. If I substitute a 1725 RPM 1/4 HP motor will the CFM drop in half? Will the roaring sound drop accordingly also? I hope there is a straight formula rather than working with fan diameter and number of blades etc? 73, Ken W2DTC _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/amps |
