Peter Dahl has white silicon HV wire that is super flexible, and rated
to 20kv or more.
He has been selling it to me by the foot for years.

  The requirement of 200º C might be met by silicone-rubber insulated
wire,  Belden makes HV silicone-rubber insulated  wire for auto
ignition systems and test-leads. .
