While I am not a proponant of over LL amps. You must admit it is fun to
light up the flourescent lights in all the houses on your block. With that
said, I can see how running such an amp "cool" will provide years upon years
of use in RTTY or other high duty cycle modes. However, there are those
"few" who will tune one of these beasts for maximum smoke just so they can
have the loudest and possibly broadest signal on the band.

I have been toying with the idea of placing a high power bottle(s) in my amp
but, I would first need to make friends with the local electric company and
ask them to put in a more beefier service.
