[Amps] SB-221 arcing

Had an arcing problem, put in the harbach ps-220 parasitic suppression mod kit. 
The amp still arcs with only about 50 watts applied. It seems to start in the 
tuned input coils then go to the tune capacitor. I wonder if I could have 
cooked the tuned input coils before I did the mod? does anyone still sell them? 
Anyone seen this one? Thanks in advance for any help
