...guys, it doesn't have much to do with frequency! The human body doesn't have too much inductance so the problem with current through the body still exists. THIS is what creates burns, RF or otherwise! The one thing that may be easier is the response of different organs at higher frequencies, but if it can carbonize you, it will do so no matter the frequency.
