Offering to the DX'er/Contestor a Heath SB1000 amplifier retrofitted and
dedicated to 6m operation. Comfortably produces 1050w OUTPUT with 100W of drive
with 3200VDC plate voltage on an Eimac 3-500Z. Recapped with 8 new Nichicon
470mFd/450VDC power supply capacitors. A "T Match" tuned input control is
installed on the front panel to ensure 1:1 SWR. 12VDC antenna changeover
control circuitry. All RF deck components have been carefully selected and
installed for broadbanded excursions without retuning. Tank coil is silver
plated for the highest level of efficiency. Other than what appears to be a
small magic marker red stain in the area of the multimeter switch, the
amplifier is in excellent condition. There are no bangs, dents,or dings. $1250
