Jim,

I'd look closely at three things:

1.) The null setting of the Titan Bridge

2.) The way they wired things between the bridge and the 
antenna relay on the output. You can't really have more than 
a few inches of unshielded or non-50 ohm impedance wiring

3.) Ground loops in the bridge or other bridge design 
problems
