The presets are indeed, easy to use; once set up, and a dream to use. Pity
there aren't 50 of them!
Even with the suggested initial settings, there is no way (unless you are
lucky) to consistently stop that motor. The only way to have any control is to
turn the controls in small increments. If you wish to spare the tube, this
requires a considerable time as you must start with very low drive levels and
touch up the Load and Tune controls with increasing drive until you reach full
power. A most frustrating experience under the pressure of a rare DX
prospect.
