My experience with "QRO Parts" was similar. My auction query was
whether alternate shipping was available- the response was "Yes, you can
come to Russia & pick up yourself!" Needless to say I didn't buy, and never
will. "hmlhml" on the other hand was very responsive & didn't gouge me for
shipping. I asked for the cheapest shipping available, which he provided
willingly, & the tubes came from Russia in about 1 month, perfect condition
& 1/3 the cost of "regular" pricing. I'd not hesitate from dealing with him
