Wasn't it Bill Orr that stated that a GG amp was stable without
neutralization because the output was out of phase with the input?
Couldn't be more wrong if he tried. I think I'll pass on Chapter 15.

In all honesty, I did not read that quote myself, but several people
have quoted it to me over the years. If it is incorrect, I apologize.
