Further to my email about MIL HDBK 217F: It is dated 1990, so, not as current as you might like, but a good reference. page 10-24 refers to some aluminium electrolytics with a table for 125C types. What 217 provides is a standardised way to evaluate failure rates for all sorts of components under all sorts of conditions, so, you can vary just the voltage ratio or temperature and see how this influences reliability. Type MIL HDBK 217F into Google and download the pdf for yourself.
