Thanks to everyone who answered my question about labeling panels.
I've decided to use laser-printer water-slide decals. This is reasonably cheap,
and since
I have a color laser printer, allows me to even make a multicolored logo!
It will let me make large decals for the bandswitches with lines and bands all
lined up.
In addition, decal application is very forgiving, so you can get them placed
exactly
right. I have a lot of experience applying them to my grandson's HO trains, so
I'm
confident I can do a good job.
