Thanks to all...... five 470 ohm 2 watt carbon films installed. Special thanks 
to Bob W6VY for sending me the Alpha instructions. Without them I would not 
have know to change the jumpers. Turns out who ever cut out 9 of the resistors 
also move the jumpers.
 
I've ordered an Ameritron plate choke and some doorknob caps for the coupling. 
Anyone have info on the swap as far as changing anything other than the big 
choke. I saw one mod where the second small rfc was replaced with a resistor 
and it looked like doorknobs were added on the dc line bypass.

I have relays and will start the pcb soon for the QSK switchout. The 8874s are 
at full output so I'm happy with the amp :-)
