Steve, you might want to take a look at the PCB relays used by Inrad in 
their antenna switches.  IIRC, they have been tested to 1.5 KW 
continuous, 30 MHz and at 3:1 load SWR, and the last time I bought some 
they were $2 each.  Amazing. W2VJN did the design and test.
