My choice would be "none of the above". I say that as do not like these 
particular cables except for low power RF.
The 240 series be it LMR or CNT are too fragile and have a  solid center 
conductor. I do not like the foil shield which is bonded to the 
dielectric which is great for RF.
   I've used automotive ignition "wire" in the past. A variety of High 
voltage connectors are usually available on e-bay. Just search on High 
Voltage Connectors.
