I'm so confused. Pin diodes are used to switch RF _power_ and have
breakdown voltages in the Hundreds of volts. That is not similar to your
mention 10-15 K Volts and a vacuum relay. Also the G41 has ratings to
only 5KV on their web site.
What am I missing about your question?

If anyone could help in providing a pin diode design in an amplifier

I'm in need of a DPDT, able to switch approximately 10-15 KV.
Something similar (or heavier) to the Gigavac G41, 12VDC model.
Thanks, Dan KK3AN
