The wrench for the band select knob may be a spline wrench, otherwise known
as a Bristol wrench. That is what my Henry 3KA used as does the Collins
S-Line gear. They are readily available on the web. If it is a Bristol
head screw and you use a hex on it the screw will be damaged and might have
to be drilled out.

Subject: Re: [Amps] Henry 2K-3 amp restore
Just a quick follow up on the 2K-3 amp and a thank you to all that responded
here on the list and directly to my inbox.
I was able to get the voltage reading in agreement with my external HV probe
by turning the pot in the back right corner nearly to the end of travel.
The needle wanders around with some tapping on the chassis but not by much.
I'm satisfied for the moment. A couple of you suggested cleaning the switch
contacts. I will do exactly that once I get the front panel off -sometime
after I find the proper hex wrench for the band select knob.
The forward and reverse power positions actually do show some meter movement
when I turn the potentiometer to very close to the end of travel.
I think the SWR bridge is just fine. It may be a combo of switch contacts
and a dirty potentiometer acting here. So far so good.
And I now have both front panel bulbs out but did order LED replacements.
I read in a manual for another model Henry that it uses a Sylvania 1815
bulb. I ordered an equivalent and will report back if this is indeed the
correct type or at least correct enough.
I posted pictures to my Google drive for everyone to eyeball if you're
interested. I can't find much info on this particular model so I plan to
write it up and post pictures for the few of us that may want to resurrect
one of these beasts.
