Most important point first...
Sorry I should have said this for the last line:
KE9NA: IB0JTF qsl qrz ke9na
I agree that it is very important to send the correct/edited/whatever
callsign. My oversight on the original note. On CW I turn on the NA option
to confirm edited calls.
However, note that this can occur without holding the running station
hostage by not sending your report until he has your entire call to your
satisfaction. Remember my original comment was that ke9na was still out of
sync even if the guy sent more than his call as he (ke9na) should make sure
the guy has his report... in other words NOT send "59 1245 qrz". He would
need to send more like "59 1245 qsl?", then after cfm then "tu qrz de
ke9na".
While we're being picky...
<qso snippet>
>>KE9NA: CQ Contest from KE9NA
>>Other: Tango Foxtrot
>>KE9NA: Tango Foxtrot 59 1245 (might even say what's ur call)
>>Other: qsl Italy Bravo Zero Juliet Tango Foxtrot 59 350
actually if it were done more correctly?, the previous line would be more
like...
Other: ke9na qsl Italy Bravo Zero Juliet Tango Foxtrot 59 350
or
Other: ke9na qsl ur 59 350 from Italy Bravo Zero Juliet Tango Foxtrot
There could be more than one station running on a freq (who possibly can't
hear each other). It always helps to have people say who they think they
are working. Also gives an opportunity to correct them if they have busted
it.
