For linescores on the web:
time-to-publish = DEADLINE + PROCESSING.
Currently DEADLINE = 30 days and according to Trey,
PROCESSING = 15 days. So the total is 45 days. Cut
DEADLINE to 15 days and we get a 33% improvement in
time-to-publish.

Suggesting the 30-to-15 day change only makes sense in
the aftermath of the recent reduction in publishing
leadtime enabled by the removal of line scores from
QST. Make this suggestion 6 months ago, and 15 days
would be virtually meaningless. Today, not so. And
in a way, it is standing on its own merits - the rest
of the improvement in score-publishing time is pretty
much a done deal. All that's left is the deadline.
