Was trying to go with the fact that self spotting IS bad. But, there are 
other forms of cheating (while all forms are BAD & not accepable), power 
voilations & packet abuse while claim unassissted are far worse, but thats just 
my 
opinion after 24 years of contesting...not scientific, just a personal 
observation.  This is a GREAT step in the right direction, but, we need more.
