Has the FCC totaly stopped to enforce/or controll the HF
spectrum in the States? Seems to me they have a lot of
work to do.
In Sweden the "Swedish FCC" hardly does anything these
days, most people that worked for them has gotten redundant
and lost their jobs, it´s just a few left and they seem
to have enough to do moving papers from one basket to another,
maybe it´s the same in the US.

BTW.. according to the FCC it is NOT illegal to
operate atop an illegal station. They are not
legal so we can just operate atop them with
impunity as long as we're behaving in accordance
with OUR rules. SO QRM..err.. OPERATE away!
The MORE we bug 'em.. the more they get the idea
that 10M is NOT a good place to operate!
remember! 'Illegals come in.. but they don't come
