That's how I do it.  I QSL every card 100%.  Many ops
contact us in contests specifically for the card. I can't
possibly ignore that basic fact, no matter what the work load.

At ~20,000 QSOs per year, I am well aware of the QSL burden, 
though nothing compared to some stations. Like Barry, I too
will not QSL the same band-mode over and over, unless it's 
a ragchew QSO.
