the specifics about the 10 minute rule, <<
Beginning of 10 minute segment is determined by the time of first QSO on that
band. At any time station can have only one signal, with exception of two
signals when the other signal is working new multiplier. Multiplier signal can
change bands only after 10 minutes also. QSO made in violation of the rule
sould
be left in the log. They will not be penalized for the violator (0 points)
but used for verification purposes.

>>working mult exceptions, who
counts for points, <<
For own "country" according to R-150-S award list QSO counts 1 point. For
other countries QSO counts 2 points, for other continent 3 points. You can
count
QSOs on different modes on the same band.

>>is changing mode like a band change for the 10 minute
rule or not, <<
Says nothing about restriction on changing mode, appears it should be
unlimited within the band/10 min.

>>the countries list, do mults count per band or per
band/mode, <<

Results are the multiplication of the sum of points from all bands by the sum
of multipliers from each band. Results are published by the continents.

>>can serial numbers be by band/mode or do they have to be just
one set of numbers... <<
Exchange is RS or RST plus the sequencial QSO number starting with 001., CQ
is CQ M (Peace to the World) So looks like one set of numbers.
