To my knowledge there is no 80 meter CW DX Window. Most of the DX shows up
in the lower 15 to 20 KHz of the band (somewhat like 40 CW). However,
during the CQ WW CW DX Contest you will find DX stations as high as 3570 or
even sometimes higher.

There is no CW DX window that I know of. In general, DXpeditions have
been known to work around 25KHz from the bottom of the band listening
up. The US allocation 3500-3525 is extra class only with general and
advanced class licenses above 3525. A 40 KHz CW window is an awful lot
of spectrum.

I always thought it was something like 3.500 to 3.540 Khz
