I guess by some folk's interpretation of life, once you've spent a certain
amount on contesting, you're no longer allowed to have fun in contests. What
level is that? $10,000? $20,000? $100,000? Curious minds want to know.

If something that is only a hobby is not enjoyable, at whatever level to
which you aspire or however you define enjoyable, why do it?

None of this means you don't take it seriously. It just means to remember
why you're doing it in the first place.
