Germany is based in Central Europe very active zone 28 and your average
points per QSO
wouldn't go much higher above the present value of 2! Your 20 m perspective
is wrong.
We hoped for DF3KV outcome at OI2HQ zone 18 but were left behind DA0HQ and
SN0HQ on QSO numbers!
