If you were at N0NI, I'm sure a low power signal from there, would seem  like 
a 1kw signal to a dipole anywhere else!
 
Who was it from? What did it say? 
 
When you sign your name that you operated within the rules, you have  nothing 
to worry about if you did just that. I'd tell whoever sent you that to  take 
a $%#@ and fall back into it.
