I agree with everything stated so far:
1. Copy the call correctly
2. Some folks have fat fingers
3. the OH and ZERO and adjacent to each other on the keyboard
4. Packet busted calls cause exponential errors
So...lots of reason for errors. And apparently lots of discussion in various
forums.
So now what? How many of you j7ZERO guys are "fixing" your log to the correct
callsign?
How many are submitting it "as is" because that actually represents your true
effort
during the contest?
How many of you are deleting the callsign from you log (that will hurt the OJ
boys)?
The answers to "what next" is what really has me interested. What are you
packet/CLUB
sponsors advising for your users/members? What would the ARRL advise?
