Might be.  I've already received 4 stateside requests.  All 4 answered.

If folks want bang for their stateside QSO buck, they should try sweeps which 
is all stateside (plus Canada and the islands), all the time.

I worked basically all of them, although some that I worked were put to the 
back of the line until I could be certain that all the DX stations were worked. 
 In other cases, they were much louder than DX stations and I knew that I would 
have to work the stateside station to work the DX station (assuming the DX 
station didn't QSY).
