[CQ-Contest] USB to Serial Adaptors

There is no use to reinvent the wheeel.

I am starting a station upgrade in the PC department.  The new PC's don't 
necessarily have serial ports on the mother boards.

SO, in the collective wisdom and experience of the mob out there, what is 
the best USB to Serial adaptor available taking into account:

1. performance
2. availability
3. pricing
4. ease of setup
5. longevity
6. etc.
