I'd suggest, from my view, that the newcomers... there are days I feel that I 
fit there quite well... many days in fact.... days that a newcomer would do 
well to start high in the band... and tune down... instead of tuning up.... 
tuning up infers starting low in the band... and that... that will put a new or 
slower ability contest off... and I mean right now off... especially if the 
band of choice were to be 20....
