The one BIG problem I see in limiting contesting to a specific set of 
frequencies are how they will affect the big gun stations that sit on run 
frequencies for hours on end. There is not enough bandwidth now for all of them 
now, and there are more stations that fit the big gun status than ever before. 
Imagine if they were limited to squeezing them all into 100KHz of space? Let 
the QRO wars begin!

unreasonable.
