I am pleased to announce that again this year the Alabama QSO Party
will be held on Sat Jun 5 1600 UTC till Jun 6 0400 UTC on 10-80mtrs.
Mobile and rover schedules plus fixed stations currently will activate all
67 counties
in "the Heart of Dixie". Rules can be viewed at www.alabamaqsoparty.org
Hope you will give a spin around the bands tomorrow and give those
roadwarriors and the likes a Q or two. Prop doesn't look too good for
the high bands but be watchful on 10/15 mtrs. 20/40 mtrs more than likely
will bare the brunt of the activity. 80mtr has been layden with very high
levels of
QRN but don't get discouraged as I know a few op's has them there RX
antennas
system up and working in the corn/soybean and cotton patchs.
