A M/2 or M/S participant (its RUN or MULT station) had changed
a band too early & broke 10 minutes rule in CQWW. This happened
accidentally, once or twice during the contest period. May that
participant mark those bad QSOs with "XQSO:" to make judges happy
and to avoid any punishment?
