Doug has it well in hand... simply a case of poor operators... over anxious to 
prove how good they really are.. while diligentlyproviding solid and 
unrefutable evidence to the contrary. IF the operator cannot HEAR the desired 
station... THE operator should NOT start a transmission...(stop). (end of 
message) (stop) end of discussion. covered in so many guides and operators 
manuals, too. And is intuitive to producing points. So, what's the real 
problem?See above.
