I am not a native English speaker and I feel I need K1VR help! Does your
new oblique red rules addition requires runing station to repeat his own
callsign in each and every QSO? If so, I only wish you had to sign K5ZD/1
as I often operate portable!
BTW when can the world expect the clarification of 2011 CQ WW top scores?
