For those who enjoy giving accurate signal reports, try giving accurate
signal reports during contests.

UR RST 579 OM.

I wonder is the signal report line is even a part of the contest checking,
similar to the Zones not checked of times past.

Out of contests, I try to give real signal reports on the assumption that
my callers will appreciate knowing how they are REALLY getting into
Thailand.  73,
